City of Oakland: Community & Economic Development Agency
Provided an overall assessment of the City of Oakland's existing computer network environment including its client server setup and its mainframe system. Developed long-term strategies by researching and evaluating management and staff functionality. Researched, designed, and built new open-ended systems utilizing best-of-breed technologies such as Windows 2000, BackOffice 2000, and Mobile Office 2000.

City of Oakland: One Stop Capital Shop
Installed and configured new server for Internet and mail services using Microsoft BackOffice products. Coordinated with existing SBC Pacific Bell services for DSL. Created backup procedure and disaster recovery procedure.
