Assisted in a team environment to rollout new pc’s and hardware with the latest software and Windows operating system. Provided 3rd-level support to users by troubleshooting legacy applications and connectivity issues with existing network databases. Provided technical assistance during implementation phases as well as creating and maintaining configuration management documentation.
