Were the lead members of Engineering and Support teams responsible for designing and migrating users to newer version of Exchange. Created detailed plans for decommissioning old mail system once the migration of users completed. This included: migrating and management of public folders, mailboxes, and distribution lists; performance optimization tuning and capacity planning; directory synchronization; mailbox archiving; Exchange message routing and transports; directory services; clustering; Outlook client; OWA; public folders; SharePoint services; Certificate Services; addition/deletion/cleanup of email accounts/IDs and related Security accounts. Along with scrubbing user accounts, mailboxes' user attributes and permissions were cleaned up. Facilitated meetings with engineering and support team to flush out processes, issues, assign tasks and get status on completed tasks. Assessed current network architecture, VLANS, switch and routing configurations for multiple projects and systems upgrades including resource domain and server configurations, SQL database, data architecture along with user connections and access to resources.
